Designed with form and function, the adaptive shape follows the natural contour of the bosom, delivering pliable comfort to the upper and outer quadrants—areas most prone to engorgement, mastitis, blocked ducts and discomfort. Beyond lactation, thermal therapy offers soothing relief for breast discomfort associated with hormonal changes, menstruation, puberty, and post-surgical recovery, including breast augmentation. 

The large 6cm sized central opening protects sensitive nipple tissue and allows the compress to sit seamlessly around all standard breast pump flanges. This considered design makes it a supportive companion throughout breastfeeding and pumping, enhancing both comfort and relief.

Each set includes two medical-grade gel packs and ultra-soft protective covers, made from certified GOTS and OEKO-TEX® organic bamboo, providing a breathable, antimicrobial, and moisture-wicking barrier between your skin and the compress. Usage Instructions

Microwave & Freezer Instructions

Cold Freezer Application

Place in freezer for a minimum 30 minutes up to 2 hours prior to use.

Apply to the breast for 10–20 minutes, up to every 2–3 hours, or as needed.

Use after breastfeeding or pumping, or between feeds, to help reduce swelling, ease tenderness, and relieve discomfort associated with engorgement or mastitis symptoms.

Always remove if the compress becomes uncomfortable or overly cold. Remove before breastfeeding and ensure the skin has returned to a safe, comfortable temperature.

Heat Microwave Application

To apply warmth, lay the compress flat on a clean, microwave-safe plate.

Heat on medium power (700W) for 16 seconds, then allow to stand for 30 seconds before applying.
If additional warmth is needed, continue in 5-second intervals until desired temperature is achieved.
Do not exceed 20 seconds total heating time.

Microwave wattage and power levels may vary. Always begin with the lowest recommended time and adjust cautiously.

Use immediately prior to feeding or pumping to help soften the breast and support milk flow. 

Remove before breastfeeding and ensure the skin has returned to a safe, comfortable temperature.
