"I want to offer parents complete peace of mind, so they know their little sunshine is in the safest of hands."
As a mother of three and owner of the multi-award-winning Skin Fairy clinics, Carmen McNamara wanted specialised infant therapies and gentle, chemical-free skincare for her children. Her search inspired her to establish Little Sunshine Spa, a nurturing sanctuary for families and Perth's first organic day spa for babies.
Along with her team of highly experienced therapists, Carmen delivers hydrotherapy and infant massage treatments alongside a carefully curated range of natural, chemical-free skincare products specifically formulated for babies' delicate skin.
The At Home Little Sunshine Experience
Can't visit us in Perth?
Good news! You can bring the calm, connection, and care of our baby spa into your own home. Our at-home Little Sunshine Spa experience is thoughtfully designed to nurture your little one’s development, create soothing rituals, and turn everyday moments into something truly special.

Since opening at Little Sunshine Spa, we have proudly partnered with Little Things for Tiny Tots, a wonderful charity dedicated to supporting families in need.
They provide essential items to help parents care for their newborns. You can contribute by donating nappies, wipes, clothing, blankets, and books, every little thing makes a big difference. To make donating even easier, we have a dedicated donation box inside Little Sunshine Spa.
Together, we can help ensure every baby is cared for, loved, and supported from day one.
Answering Your Questions
Your little sunshine's well-being, safety and comfort is our top priority.
When and how often can my baby receive hydrotherapy and infant massage?
When and how often can my baby receive hydrotherapy and infant massage?
Your baby can have weekly hydrotherapy and infant massage sessions. In line with IAIM policy, our practitioners will always ask permission before commencing massage on babies or children and follow their cues throughout the session. At home, regular daily massages can also provide benefits. It's important to read your baby's cues to know if they enjoy the massage or have had enough.
What should I bring to my baby's spa appointment?
What should I bring to my baby's spa appointment?
Along with your everyday nappy bag essentials, bring extra formula and a fresh nappy for your baby to change into after the Hydrotherapy session. We do provide swim nappies for your little sunshine!
We suggest feeding your little sunshine before the appointment so they are content and comfortable. Our feeding room, with private booths and a microwave, is a peaceful space for you to feed and care for your baby after the session.

Are the neck flotation devices used during the treatments safe for babies?
Our neck floats are specifically designed for use in our spa and meet all Australian standards and regulations. Made from solid EVA foam with a soft fabric covering, each float is thoroughly cleaned and dried between uses. With over 20 neck floats available, we ensure every baby receives a fresh and hygienic float for their treatment. This item is not a substitute for a life-saving device and should only be utilised under continuous supervision.
It is suitable for babies weighing up to 15kg and has been developed to provide gentle neck support while allowing the infant to float comfortably in the water. The device is designed to fit loosely and facilitate the baby's comfortable flotation experience.
