Our baby spa was born from a simple belief: that your little one deserves gentle, thoughtful care during these precious early months.
Inspired by the bond between parent and child, every element of our treatments is designed to support your baby’s development, soothe their senses, and create moments of calm you’ll both cherish. From newborns just days old to growing bubs up to 9 months, we offer a nurturing space filled with warmth, softness, and intention - because these early days matter.
Preparing For Your Visit
Preparing For Your Visit
We recommend feeding your little sunshine before your appointment to help them feel content and comfortable. After your session, you’re more than welcome to use our peaceful feeding room, complete with private booths and a microwave, for any feeding or care your baby may need.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your Little Sunshine session to allow time to complete our form and feed your baby if needed. We greatly appreciate your punctuality.
- In addition to your usual nappy bag essentials, we suggest packing extra formula and a fresh nappy for after the hydrotherapy session. Don’t worry, we provide swim nappies for your little sunshine!
If your baby is unwell or something unexpected comes up, please contact us to reschedule. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice in accordance with our cancellation policy.
How Do The Sessions Work?
How Do The Sessions Work?
All of our sessions are baby-led. We do recommend trying to time your session in with nap and feeding times, but if you need to feed mid-session, you have access to our private feeding lounges.

Love Starts With Touch
Babies thrive on loving, intentional touch. Without it, development can slow or even regress. Massage and gentle contact help your baby feel secure, connected, and calm.
Touch Shapes the Developing Brain
When you massage your baby with undivided attention, it actively supports the way their brain is structured. These moments lay the foundation for emotional safety and resilience.
Balances Their Little Nervous System
Massage stimulates the autonomic nervous system, balancing the parasympathetic (rest and digest) and sympathetic (alert and protect) functions. This balance is essential for healthy growth and regulation.
The Lasting Effects of Gentle Touch
Nurturing touch releases oxytocin - the “feel-good” hormone and helps lower stress in both baby and parent. Over time, these positive experiences form deep neural imprints, teaching your baby that the world is safe, loving, and secure.
